Don't let your lady try to impress you with her cHiCkEn aLfReDo with frozen broccoli! Fellas, you've got more pride than that! Be the MAN in EVERY room of the house! Run to the grocery story for these handful of ingredients and knock her socks off tonight!
This SUPER EASY meal is one of my favorites and it always impresses! You CAN of course take just a few extra steps with heavy whipping cream, salt, butter, and parmesan or seasoning the salmon yourself, most grocers carry already seasoned salmon on a plank and it comes out great every time with minimal effort. The whole point of this meal is that you can literally toss it all into the oven and 15 minutes later, voila! The garnish is also really important as it adds so much flavor. Enjoy!
- toss the salmon and tomatoes in the oven in a shallow pan and drizzle with olive oil and cracked salt and pepper cook at 375 for about 15 minutes or until roasty and good.
- toss the sauce in a pot and pappardelle in boiling water.
- toss the pasta when al dente onto a plate, top with roasted tomatoes and hot alfredo sauce
- salmon on top
- top with parm, chopped parsley, salt, cracked black pepper, lemon zest and wedge of lemon
- watch her coo!
You'll come back for this one again and again!
